To comply with EU regulatory requirements and unlock full account functionality, OneRoyal requires EU clients to complete an account verification process through the Client Portal.
Verification helps ensure the security of your account and enables full access to deposits, withdrawals, and trading features.
Follow the steps below to complete your verification.
Step 1: Start the Verification Process
Log in to your Client Portal
Go to Trader’s Menu → Profile → Upload Documents
You will be redirected to the verification section.
⚠️ Please note: Unverified accounts may have limitations on deposits and withdrawals.
Step 2: Select Verification Type
EU clients are required to complete Classic Verification, which includes:
Proof of Identity (POI)
Proof of Address (POA)
Select Classic Verification (POI + POA) and click Continue.
Step 3: Start Secure Verification (SumSub)
You will be redirected to our secure verification partner SumSub.
Click Continue to start
Confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Notice and Data Processing Notification
Choose whether to:
Continue on the same device, or
Continue on your mobile phone
Confirm that you have read the Privacy Notice and the Notification to Processing of Personal Data and click on Continue.
Step 4: Upload Proof of Identity (POI)
Accepted Proof of Identity documents:
Passport
National ID Card (front and back required)
Driver’s Licence (where applicable)
Residence Permit (where applicable)
Important requirements:
Document must be valid and not expired
All details must be clear and readable
All four corners of the document must be visible
Only colour documents are accepted
Provisional or temporary documents are not accepted
Once uploaded, click Continue.
Step 5: Upload Proof of Address (POA)
You will now be asked to upload a document to confirm your residential address.
Accepted Proof of Address documents (issued within the last 6 months):
Bank statement
Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, internet, or landline)
Government-issued document
Other official documents showing your full name and address
Important requirements:
Document must show your full name and residential address
Must be issued within the last 6 months
Document must be clear, uncropped, and readable
Screenshots, edited files, or black-and-white documents may be rejected
Click Upload Document to proceed.
Step 6: Verification Review
Once your documents are submitted:
They will be reviewed by our verification team
Verification is usually completed within 1 business day
You will receive an email notification once your account is verified
In some cases, additional documents or clarification may be requested.
