Articles of Association state the purpose for which the company was formed.
They also indicate the members of the company, and the permissibility of company funds to be used in investments. This and other similar authenticating documents must accompany the corporate accounts application form.
This document should also include a breakdown of the shares and ownership of the company. If any shareholder owns more than 25% of the company, OneRoyal will require an ID and proof of residence from that individual.
