Make sure that the 'Auto Scroll' feature on your platform is disabled. This button is located next to the 'four-chart' button on the toolbar. After it has been disabled, you can then scroll back by holding the chart with your mouse and scrolling back, using the left direction key on your keyboard or the page up/down keys.
